Wait For You

I never felt nothing in the world like this before
Now I’m missing you and I’m wishing you would come back through my door
Why did you have to go?
You could have let me know; so now I’m all alone

Girl you could have stayed but you wouldn’t give me a chance
With you not around it’s a little bit more than I can stand
And all my tears they keep runnin’ down my face
Why did you turn away?

So why does your pride make you run and hide
Are you that afraid of me?
But I know it’s a lie what you keep inside
This is not how you want it to be

So baby I will wait for you
Cause I don’t know what else I can do
Don’t tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I find it just ain’t true
I really need you in my life
No matter what I have to do
I’ll wait for you

Been a long time since you called me(How could you forget about me)
You gotta be feeling crazy
How can you walk away(When)
Everything stays the same
I just can’t do it baby

What will it take to make you come back
Girl I told you what it is and it just ain’t like that
Why can’t you look at me?You’re still in love with me
Don’t leave me crying

Baby why can’t we just start all over again
Get it back to the way it was
If you give me a chance I can love you right
But you’re telling me it won’t be enough

So baby I will wait for you
Cause I don’t know what else I can do
Don’t tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I find it just ain’t true
I really need you in my life
No matter what I have to do
I’ll wait for you

So why does your pride make you run and hide
Are you that afraid of me?
But I know it’s a lie what you’re keeping inside
That is not how you want it to be

Baby I will wait for you
Baby I will wait for you
If it’s the last thing I do

Baby I will wait for you
Cause I don’t know what else I can do
Don’t tell me I ran out of time
If it takes the rest of my life

Baby I will wait for you
If you think I find it just ain’t true
I really need you in my life
No matter what I have to doI’ll wait for you
I’ll be waiting …

Where Do We Go From Here?

Hi kids!! long time no see!! A year or so I think it has been, but alas all that matters is that I am back, for now at least. Today we're going to learn about metaphors. Exciting isn't it. So here it goes, today I'm going to tell you the story of "The Two Travellers".

One day, a man and a woman decide to embark on a journey together. Excited as they were about what lay ahead, they walked on with much glee. After travelling along a straight path for a few hours, sunset began to set in. The woman looked back, wanting to see how much she's travelled thus far. In doing so however, she tripped over a stone and fell. The man who went into a reflex reaction trying to hold her back from falling failed, resulting in him falling down as well. He grumbled at her clumsiness, but he soon came to realise that she couldn't be blamed for wanting to look back at what they left behind. He got up and dusted himself clean, and then proceeded to help her get back on her feet. She felt a sharp pain in her foot as she tried. A sprained ankle. How convenient. He decided to carry her to shelter under a nearby tree, but all along the way she was moaning and groaning and demanded to be put down. So he placed her down, rather worryingly. So he asked "What do we do now?". And she replied asking him to move ahead first, and she will try to catch up later. She didn't want to be a burden to him, and she wanted him to be able to arrive at his destination. He said "We agreed to be travel companions, to keep each other company throughout, to stand by each other's side no matter the obstacles which lies ahead. Moreover, we decided on the destination together. What is the point of me arriving there by myself, while it is uncertain that you will even be safe here by yourself, or even able to catch up? I guess we'll just have to wait here till your ankle is better". With the darkness of the night creeping towards them, and with his compass broken, he too wasn't sure of the way as well. They will have to wait for the sun to come up again, as well as her ankle to heal.

Am I Not Paying These Guys Enough?

Ok this is not exactly an emo post. I've been busy the past few days and will continue to remain so in the next few days due to assignments.

Recently there's this sense of insecurity welling up within me. An essence that has been long absent from me. Usually I remain calm and happy at all times and still am now. However there was this one single outburst of emotions on one occasion which was quite recent. Hmm.... I wanna say no more bout this, just want to add some illustrations because words aren't worth a thousand pictures. And yes I know what I'm saying =p.

Good incentives keep these guys working hard. The incentive? Not resulting in a meltdown, hence sparing their lives.

This wasn't exactly in their job description.

As someone once mentioned to me, this makes me more human-like.

"This is the art of remaining calm, Young Grasshopper"

Ok maybe I'm too egoistic to admit that this is an emo post.

The War in Australia

*buzz* Private Sim reporting in for duty sir.

Today the Malaysian club held a joint paintball event with the Singaporean club of Monash at Echucha (which is in the middle of nowhere. Imagine 3 hours' bus ride from Melbourne). So all of us gathered within the Uni compound at 5 friggin 30 a.m. But knowing Malaysians and Singaporeans, confirm late wan la. But anyway bus left at 6 friggin a.m. and we arrived like 9 something at our destination. After signing the we-don't-hold-any-liability-in-the-unfortunate-event-that you-do-die form, we were given some gay jumpers to change into. This is a little different from what I played back in Malaysia though (only T-shirt and jeans, damn macho).
Then it was a wait of A FEW DAYS before we could finally begin playing. In the meantime a portion of us managed to take some pictures.

Wei Lern, Me, Riorn and Jia Qi

Gay-looking jumpers. Oh and the reason i'm posing like that is because I had to run back into position after setting up the camera and there wasn't any space for me to stand normally.

Anyway we didn't had chance to take photographs during our matches. What a waste. Just so you all might be curious as to how we players look like fully-equipped, here's some pictures.

This is the paintball mask.

This is how all of us look like after putting on the mask.

The game is played out on many different scenarios. Eliminate all opposition in the jungle, attack/defend the fort, capture the flag with tyre bunkers just to name a few.

This blue arm band defeats the purpose of a camo outfit.

"I'm not aiming at anyone, I'm just posing for the camera."

So basically during the game, u get shot once and you're out of the game if the paint ball bursts onto you. As for me, I managed to turn into "Superman, man of steel". It's like I get barraged by tens of bullets all hitting me(vs Singaporeans and Thais with army training, damn accurate), but it just ricochets off. Still pain la but then.

One nifty way to "heal" yourself in this game is to use this. No, I'm just kidding =).

Oh mother..... head shot. "Tastes like strawberry."

Those of you all in Malaysia taking things for granted. Got super paintball facilities but all don't wanna go. All not free and postpone paintball event wtf. When I come back make sure go ok? Btw paintball in Australia is damn expensive. So don't be too trigger-happy.

Blog Filler Post

While I was busy preparing for my examinations, a certain someone sent me a url for a joke site. Being an easily distracted person, I had to check it out. Here it is: http://uncyclopedia.org/wiki/Malaysia

Warning: This site contains elements of racism jokes(aimed mostly at mat rempits). Please do not view if you are a Mat Rempit, Government official or find these kind of jokes distasteful. Also you must be Malaysian to understand this.

TMNET Speed Kills Ad. Ironic douz. Lorry fast only, internet slow.

But thats just some of it. I recommend viewing the section on 'Malaysia Celebrities'.

Anyway if i receive complaints eventhough a disclaimer is placed there, sorry la cannot help you. Enjoy reading, or click the X button at the top right hand corner. I'm just a guy with a sense of humor, not a racist. Hopefully I still can go back to Malaysia. Wah my first controversial post. I so scares.

This is a picture of Chinese 'slit-eyes' beagle. Reminds me of my handsome beagle.
